Kevin became a partner with the Nielson Hoover organization in 1997 after spending eight years with the Travelers (formally Aetna Casualty and Surety). He is the Managing Partner of Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates which is the Tampa Bay, FL and Asheville, NC offices of the Nielson, Hoover & Company. In addition to his management responsibilities, he is Surety Specialist. In this role, Kevin’s primary responsibilities include generating new surety clients through direct and referral marketing as well as providing expert advice and service to surety clients throughout the organization.
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with a concentration in marketing and management. In addition, through the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU) he has earned an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding.
With almost 30 years of experience in the surety industry, Kevin has helped start-up contractors to established contractors with over $1 billion in revenues obtain and maintain the most aggressive surety programs available. Prior to joining NHC, Kevin was the Emerging Contractor Manager and started the Emerging Contractor Unit for the State of Florida with Travelers. He is dedicated to helping clients maintain a surety relationship that meets and exceeds all their business plans and goals. In addition, he is actively involved in the industry and holds membership in several groups including the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Florida Transportation Builders Association, Inc. Associated General Contractors of America, Underground Utility Contractors Association, Gulf Coast Builders Exchange, and Construction Financial Management Association.
Kevin has resided in the Tampa Bay Area for over 25 years and when not working (which is very rare) you can usually find him flying, playing golf or boating. -

Since 2008, Jack has been an integral part of the Nielson Hoover Group. He is a Managing Co-Partner and Surety Specialist for Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates, the Tampa Bay, Florida office of Nielson, Hoover & Company. As part of an industry-leading team, Jack helps empower results for his clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. He is directly responsible for establishing new business as well as maintaining and building client relationships.
Jack’s impressive experience includes thirty-five years in Florida maximizing surety bond needs for contractors in the Southeastern United States. He has a keen ability to recognize problems, establish facts and develop valid recommendations. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in both Economics and Business Administration. He was also an NASBP Instructor for the William F. Angel School of Surety and a Guest Lecturer at the Florida School of Building Construction and Stetson School of Law.
Jack has an entrepreneurial spirit and a wide variety of interests. His previous experience also includes being a co-founder of two popular recreational groups, one was youth soccer and the other a bicycle touring group. He is a former President and State Board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida Gulf Coast Chapter, past State Board member of the Associated General Contractors, and past Board Member of the Suncoast Utility Contractors Association. In addition, he is a prestigious five-time Gold Award Winner from the Fidelity and Surety Association of America and has received multiple awards from the State of Florida, Hillsborough County, Florida, City of Tampa, and Tampa Chamber of Commerce for area business development and small and minority businesses assistance programs.
Jack has been a resident of Tampa, Florida for 35 years. He and his wife Mariann have been married 46 years and have two adult children and three grandchildren. He spends his quality free time with his family, traveling with friends, and enjoys long distance motorcycle touring. -

As a Surety Bond Specialist, Devin brings his extensive knowledge and experience of the construction industry to NHC’s St. Petersburg office. Having grown-up in the business around the Atlanta area (his father an Electrician, his mother a Senior Project Manager and grandfather, an Electrical Contractor), Devin was never far from a construction site. His primary responsibilities at Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates include managing his existing book of business in all of NHC’s southern markets as well as using his familiarity with the region to develop new strategic relationships with surety clients throughout the Southeast. To this end, he is using his strong family ties to aggressively develop new leads in the Atlanta area.
Prior to entering the surety field, Devin work in the financial industry where he earned an excellent reputation for working closely with his clients to help them reach their goals. But his life-long passion for the counstruction industry lead him to attend and graduate from the NASBP Surety School Level II. Since making the move, Devin has been actively involved in a varity of industry associations including ABC, SUCA, FTBA, CFMA and the GCBX.
Devin graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Jacksonville State University where he was a All-Conference linebacker. He curently lives in the Tampa, St. Pete area and enjoys spending time on the water and with his three children, Zoi, Gabriel, and Luke. -

Rita started her career as an Account Manager/Contract Surety Specialist with the Nielson Hoover Group in 2008 when she moved from Jacksonville to Tampa, Florida to join Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates. In 2016 she transferred to the West Palm Beach office of Nielson Rosenhaus & Associates.
In 2001 Rita received her 4040 license and earned her INS designation. Her responsibilities include issuing bonds and maintaining, renewing and growing a dedicated book of business.
Rita has been in the insurance field for over for 16 years, with the last 12 working solely in the surety industry. -

Jessica is The Surety Business Development Manager at Nielson, Hoover & Company. In this position, her responsibilities include overseeing the development of the specialty department, whose primary focus is to provide support to other producers within the organization as well as working directly with established or emerging contractors to deliver quick, efficient, and viable solutions for their bonding needs. Jessica focuses on guiding, educating and developing contractors in order to qualify them for larger bond programs at better terms and conditions than they may otherwise have the opportunity to do. She prides herself on taking a “one on one” approach with each of her contractors. Their urgency is always hers, their success is her success.
With more than 12 years in the Surety industry, Jessica has diverse and extensive knowledge and experience as a result of holding positions that include Contract and Commercial Bond Agent/Producer, Contract and Commercial Underwriting Manager, and an agency’s Vice President. Prior to her tenure in the bond industry, Jessica serviced in the United States Marine Corps, where she applies the same core values to dealings with her clients. She also has a background
in accounting.
She is active in various trade organizations including GCBX, ABC, FTBA, WCRA, NAWIC, SEGA, FMCA, NASBP, FSA, and SUCA and is a keynote speaker for several universities and organizations throughout the country on the topic of suretyship.
She also spends her free time volunteering to causes near and dear to her such as the Marine Corps Association, Toys for Tots, American Legion, Gabrielle House and various Homeless shelters. Jessica lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her pup, Monkey and kitten, Beau! -

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Tracey joined Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates, the Tampa, Florida offices of Nielson, Hoover & Company in 2010 as a Commercial Surety Bond Manager. She has more than 15 years of experience in surety bonding. Tracey specializes in the placement of commercial and contract surety bonds for the construction industry.
As a Commercial Surety Bond Manager, Tracey provides clients with detailed knowledge and direction of bonds, bond market selection and bond issuance. She performs essential functions with the goal to exceed the quality and service standards of the agency. Tracey develops and maintains strong professional relationships with markets in order to maximize opportunities for NHC and their clients.
Tracey has two adult daughters, is active in her church and she enjoys working with computers and electronic devices. She is also a Florida Licensed Resident Agent. -

As an Account Manager for Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates, the Tampa, Florida office of Nielson, Hoover & Company, Margie is responsible for providing an outstanding level of customer service to the three key levels of customers which include contractors, producers and underwriters. Prior to joining NHC, Margie worked as a Project Manager in the medical staffing field for 16 years and brought with her the strong ability to multi-task and work with extremely tight deadlines. Throughout her career with NHC, she has gained valuable experience in the insurance and bonding industry.
Margie holds a current 220 License and has completed comprehensive surety training at the prestigious William J. Angell Surety School. She is extremely involved in various local and national charities. Margie is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida and enjoys traveling, photography and the outdoors. She is devoted to her family and is fortunate that they live close by and she can spend quality time with them as often as she has the opportunity. -

As an Account Manager for Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates, my primary duties include providing daily support and high-level customer service to contractors, producers, and underwriters. In my position, I have many responsibilities; however, my main area of focus is working with clients that are enrolled in the SBA Program. I work closely with the Contract Bond Specialists to provide their clients with the assistance they need.
My background has been geared specifically toward the contractor side of the industry which has given me a strong understanding of client’s needs and an appreciation of adhering to timelines. I pride myself on possessing excellent communication skills and know the importance of interacting with all parties involved. I also share my knowledge and work diligently at educating contractors so that they better understand the bonding process.
When I am not working, my true passion is spending any free time that I can with my family enjoying the sunshine and all that the South Florida lifestyle offers. -

As a Contract Bond Specialist for Nielson, Wojtowicz, Neu & Associates, Amy’s primary role is to act as the contract bond liaison between clients, surety underwriters and producers. Her daily responsibilities include executing documents requested by clients, following up to obtain information requested by the sureties, and helping clients to solve issues utilizing high-quality customer service skills.
Amy possesses twelve years of industry experience and expertise and is a motivated and career-driven professional who is passionate about the insurance industry. Early in her career, she had the opportunity to work for the Nielson family as an Account Executive and is excited to re-join the team and share her knowledge and insights. She has also worked for Waldorff Insurance & Bonding, Inc., where her duties included processing surety documents, creating internal bonding procedures and workflows, and training new bond employees. Amy earned her CSR 440 license and Principles of Suretyship 151 and is actively pursuing continuing education hours. Currently, she is working on her Master’s degree.
She resides in the West Tennessee area with her husband (who was her 5th grade boyfriend), two boys, three cats, and a dog.
